KFF leads joint inspection campaign in Shuwaikh Industrial Area

The Kuwait Fire Force, launched a comprehensive inspection campaign on Wednesday evening in the Shuwaikh Industrial Area in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Electricity and Water, the Environment Public Authority, and the Food and Drug Authority.

According to a statement issued by the Fire Department, the campaign aimed to monitor industrial buildings and facilities to ensure compliance with fire safety and prevention regulations. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance public safety and reduce risks in high-activity zones, reports Al-Rai daily

The inspection uncovered multiple violations, leading to administrative closures of a number of establishments that failed to meet the safety standards set by the General Fire Force, as well as regulations enforced by the other participating authorities.

Officials affirmed that such campaigns will continue across various regions to uphold safety standards, ensure the protection of lives and property, and hold violators accountable.
