In a heartwarming show of generosity, 75 Nepali nationals took part in a blood donation drive organized by the Federation of Nepali Journalist Association, Kuwait, in partnership with Al-Muzaini Exchange.

The event, held at the Central Blood Bank in Jabriya, Kuwait, brought together a diverse group of participants, including workers, businessmen, journalists, and leaders of social organizations, all united for this noble cause.

While the event attracted a significant turnout, a few volunteers who had arrived ready to donate were unfortunately unable to proceed after failing the pre-donation health screening. Raj Malla Thakuri, President of the Federation of Nepali Journalist Association, Kuwait, expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming participation, stating, “The enthusiasm and selfless service displayed by the Nepali community in such humanitarian causes gives us more confidence to continue organizing such events in the future.”

Special thanks were extended to key sponsors Al-Muzaini Exchange, as well as the Everest Nepali Restaurant in Farwaniya, for providing nutritious meals and refreshments for the blood donors. The Federation of Nepali Journalist Association, Kuwait, also acknowledged the invaluable support of media professionals and all individuals and organizations who contributed directly and indirectly to the success of the event.
