“Interior Ministry” Two arrested with half a million Captagon pills

The Ministry of Interior reported that the Criminal Security Sector, represented by the General Department for Combating Narcotics, successfully arrested two individuals in possession of nearly half a million Captagon pills.

The Ministry of Interior, through a press release issued by the General Department of Security Relations and Media, announced that the suspects and the seized Captagon pills have been referred to the competent authorities for necessary legal action. This development follows meticulous follow-up and intensive investigations.

This operation is part of the Ministry of Interior’s continuous efforts to combat drugs, eliminate their sources, and enhance security across the country.

The Ministry emphasized its unwavering commitment to protecting the country’s security by combating drug trafficking and holding offenders accountable.

Regarding informing about drug incidents, the Ministry urged the public to cooperate with security authorities by reporting any suspicious activities via the Emergency Number – 112 or the General Department for Combating Narcotics Hotline – 1884141.
