Al-Fajjam: Respond to inquiries and complaints within 5 working days

The Director General of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, Dr. Hassan Al-Fajjam, issued a circular regarding responding to inquiries and complaints via the ‘Tawasul’ platform.

Al-Fajjam stated that, in accordance with the directives of His Highness the Prime Minister, there is a need to address the ‘Tawasul’ platform and review the procedures in government agencies under the Minister’s jurisdiction.

This includes considering complaints submitted by citizens and evaluating the teams formed within the agency and more importantly, adhering to the following guidelines:

First: The platform is monitored daily by the team responsible for responding.

Second: Circular to the relevant departments and sections to quickly respond to the team authorized to respond to citizens’ complaints, inquiries and suggestions on the platform within a maximum period of 5 working days from receiving the complaint. If this is not possible, the relevant department or administration must request an extension of the period, stating the reason.

Furthermore, Al-Fajjam emphasized that any delay in responding to complaints or requests would place the responsible individual under legal accountability.

Al-Fajjam urged all parties to adhere to the established guidelines to avoid undermining the efficiency of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, while also safeguarding the public interest.
