Meteorologist Issa Ramadan predicted that there would be chances of light rain at the end of this week, which would be the first of the Wasm season.

She noted that the humid southern winds would continue until next Friday, with scattered clouds appearing and a chance of light rain.

Ramadan also pointed out, in a statement to Al-Qabas, that Wednesday is the first day of the “Wasm season” and the “Howling Star.”

Interestingly, during these days clouds begin to appear and chances of rain are prepared, noting that the Wasm days continue until the beginning of Al-Murabba’iyah on December 6. During which the air depressions and cold highs move, changing the weather conditions and dropping temperatures.

It is expected that the winds will turn to northwesterly and the relative humidity will decrease on Saturday evening that will moderate and increase in speed on Sunday.

Furthermore, temperatures will begin to drop noticeably, while the weather will be drier next week with a decrease in maximum temperatures, which will range between 28 and 35 degrees Celsius during the day.

Whereas in the night the minimum temperatures will drop and range in the desert areas between 15 and 17 degrees. The weather will tend to be cold in the desert at dawn, and will be moderate in the suburbs and on the coasts, and the northwesterly winds will continue throughout next week.
