FAIPS DPS celebrates 30 years of excellence and inspiration

The school marked its 29th Founder’s Day with a vibrant event in the auditorium, showcasing its rich history and achievements.

His Excellency Dr. Adarsh Swaika, the Ambassador of India to Kuwait, and FAIPS DPS Principal Mr. Ravi Ayanoli presented scholar badges to deserving students in recognition of their dedication and hard work throughout the academic year.

Mr. Ravi Ayanoli emphasized the importance of human values in todays technology-driven world and urged parents to support their children in adapting to future changes, as the majority of current jobs are expected to disappear.

 

For 29 years, FAIPS DPS in Kuwait has built a strong reputation as a premier institution dedicated to shaping and inspiring young minds. Its legacy of unwavering dedication has fostered the exceptional environment the FAIPS community proudly celebrates today.

On Wednesday, September 11, the school marked its 29th Founder’s Day with a vibrant event in the auditorium, showcasing its rich history and achievements. Due to the large number of awardees, the celebration was held in two sessions.

His Excellency Dr. Adarsh Swaika, the Ambassador of India to Kuwait, was the Chief Guest for the first session, accompanied by Mr. Meshal Ali, Chairman of Al Aryan Holding Co., as Guest of Honour.

The second session featured Ms. Futouh Nasser Al Sabah, Chairperson and CEO of Al Futtooh Holding Company, as Chief Guest, with Ms. Lana Othman Al Ayyar, CEO of Al Rayan Holding Company, as Guest of Honour. Mr. Arun Chaudhary, CFO & Head of Strategy at Al RayanHolding Company, was a special guest at both sessions.

The event began with the recital of the Holy Quran, followed by “Tahe-El-Kuwait” and the Kuwait National Anthem. The Principal, Mr. Ravi Ayanoli, then led the dignitaries in lighting the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil and the dispelling of darkness.

The opening ceremony included introductions of the guests by the Head Boys and Vice Head Boys of the senior school council, followed by the Principal’s welcome address, during which bouquets were presented to the esteemed guests.

In his speech, he emphasized the importance of human values in today’s technology-driven world and urged parents to support their children in adapting to future changes, as the majority of current jobs are expected to disappear.

The audience was treated to a series of captivating performances, starting with classic musical pieces from the talented School Band. The kindergarten students then presented a charming musical showcase, followed by a vibrant performance by primary school students illustrating the transformative power of love.

A thought-provoking mime show on women’s empowerment by students from grades 9 and 11 left a lasting impact. The program also featured a lively welcome song by the FAIPS nightingales, a beautifully synchronized Sri Lankan Kandyan dance, and a dynamic fusion dance by IGCSE students, all of which dazzled the audience.

A compelling slideshow showcased the school’s extraordinary achievements and growth, followed by the unveiling of the fifth edition of the school magazine, FAIPS PANORAMA, by Guest of Honour Mr. MeshalAli, alongside the Principal and members of the school magazine committee.

The highlight of the event was the award ceremony, where His Excellency Dr. Adarsh Swaika and Principal Mr. Ravi Ayanoli presented scholar badges to deserving students in recognition of their dedication and hard work throughout the academic year. It was a moment of pride for the parents as they witnessed their children being honored for their achievements.

The event continued with an inspiring address by His Excellency Dr. Adarsh Swaika, who shared his insights and words of wisdom, offering positivity and encouragement while providing feedback on the ceremony. He emphasized the importance of education, self-confidence, and pursuing one’s passions.

Top performers in the CBSE Grade 12, Grade 10, and Cambridge examinations, along with their mentors, were recognized by Ms. Lana Al Ayyar, CEO of Al RayanHolding Co., with cash awards and trophies for achieving centum and A* in various subjects. Additionally, long service awards were presented to employees who have completed 15, 20, and 25 years of service.

Mr. Arun Choudhary, CFO & Head of Strategy at Al Rayan Holding Company, presented cash awards to CBSE National Sports Award winners and certificates to winners of various interschool quiz competitions and their mentor teachers.

In his remarks, Mr. Choudhary praised the exceptional intellect, competitive spirit, and dedication of the students and their teachers, highlighting their roles as exemplars of excellence.

The head girls and vice head girls of the senior council expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated teachers, supportive parents, and hard-working team members whose efforts made the event a success.
