Kuwait Oil Company, ‘Manpower’ discuss ways to ease entry visas

The meeting between the two entities aimed to enhance cooperation and explore ways to expedite the completion of the oil company’s vital projects.

  • Musaed Al-Mutairi, the acting Deputy Director of Labor Affairs at the Public Authority for Manpower, affirmed that the authority is doing everything possible to remove obstacles hindering Kuwait Oil Company’s projects.

Kuwait Oil Company and the Public Authority for Manpower discussed the process for issuing entry visas, Al Rai newspaper reported.

Abdulaziz Hamada, the head of the local relations work team, explained that the meeting aimed to enhance cooperation between the two sides and explore ways to expedite the completion of the company’s vital projects.

Similarly, project advisor Nasser Abu Talib, the head of the contract management team, emphasized that the current contracts for these projects require cooperation and streamlined procedures.

Musaed Al-Mutairi, the acting Deputy Director of Labor Affairs at the Public Authority for Manpower, affirmed that the authority is doing everything possible to remove obstacles hindering Kuwait Oil Company’s projects.

The meeting featured a visual presentation by Awatif Al-Shaya, the Chief Planning Engineer who addressed the issue of expertise leaking out of Kuwait due to new requirements and conditions.

It was also agreed during the meeting to appoint two liaison officers between the two sides.
