Blazing heat, dust loom over Kuwait as temperatures soar to 49°C

The Meteorology Department forecasts very hot weather today, with moderate to active northwesterly winds ranging from 20 to 55 kilometers per hour, potentially causing dust, according to Al Qabas newspaper.

The department noted that the nighttime weather will remain hot, with northwesterly winds varying from light to moderate and occasionally reaching speeds of 12 to 40 kilometers per hour.

The maximum temperature at Kuwait International Airport is expected to reach 49 degrees, while the minimum temperature will be around 38 degrees.
