Kuwait cuts age requirement for police courses by six months

• The Ministry of Interior stated that the amendment to the age calculation for police courses aims to provide more opportunities for individuals to join the courses and honor military service.

The Ministry of Interior, represented by the Education and Training Affairs Sector, announced an amendment to the age calculation for applicants to the “Officer Warrant Officer, First Sergeant, and Sergeant” courses, changing the date from September 15, 2024, to March 15, 2025, and extending the registration period until August 15, 2024, the Al Anba newspaper reported.

The ministry stated that this amendment aims to provide more opportunities for individuals to join the courses and honor military service.
