M. A. Hythar group celebrated Labor Day in Kuwait
As a gesture of appreciation, Dr. S.M. Hythar Ali, Chairman of the M.A. Hythar Group, presented each of the approximately 200 employees with an 8-gram gold coin.

M.A. Hythar Group of companies, a leading business group in Kuwait with diversified operations in travel & tourism, cargo & courier services, Umrah services, and restaurants across Kuwait, celebrated Labor Day on May 1 at TVS restaurant in Maliya, Kuwait City. The group has overseas business ventures in Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Canada.
Dr. S.M. Hythar Ali, Chairman of the M.A. HytharGroup, addressed the staff of their group companies and congratulated and thanked everyone for their efforts towards the company’s growth.
Dr. S.M. Hythar Ali reminisced about his earlier days in Kuwait working as labor and honored the friends who helped him during his initial days in Kuwait. In addition to gifts for the employees, gold coin gifts were also presented to some of the regular customers.
In his speech, Hythar Ali expressed that Labor Day is celebrated for a reason: to remind us to respect and honor those who work for the company’s growth. As a token of appreciation, he gifted one sovereign (eight grams) of gold coin to each of the around 200 employees.
All the employees were happy to receive the surprise gold gift for Labor Day. The event was well-organized by the M.A. Hythar Group management. The celebration ended with a delicious dinner.
