Ministry of Public Works wraps up annual evaluations for 14,000 employees

• The bonus is scheduled to be deposited into the accounts of eligible employees in May. A committee will also be formed to address complaints from employees who were not included in the bonus.

Sources within the Ministry of Public Works disclosed the completion of annual evaluations for approximately 14,000 employees.

This step precedes the distribution of commendable work benefits to eligible employees, totaling over 9,000 individuals in administrative and technical roles.

These employees must meet the Civil Service Commission’s criteria, including earning an outstanding rating during the fiscal year 2023, maintaining good attendance records, displaying positive behavior, possessing appropriate academic qualifications, and demonstrating length of service.

The sources indicated that the bonus is scheduled to be deposited into the accounts of eligible employees during the current month.

A committee will also be formed to address complaints from employees who were not included in the bonus, investigate the reasons behind their exclusion, and if entitlement is proven, the bonus will be disbursed.
