Building dreams: Public authority invites four tenders for 6,455 affordable homes
The tenders include the construction and completion of homes and public buildings, asphalt surface layer works, supply and installation of low and medium-pressure cables, and road lighting works.
The Public Authority for Housing Welfare has initiated four public tenders to expedite the completion of the affordable housing project as an alternative to Sulaibiya and Taima.
These tenders included the implementation of the construction of 6,455 homes, with the tender date being May 12 and ending on June 23.
The authority explained that the four tenders include the construction and completion of homes and public buildings, asphalt surface layer works, supply and installation of low and medium-pressure cables, and road lighting works.
These tenders are as follows: The first tender is for 1,700 houses in sectors BP-5 and BP-8, the second tender is for 1,162 houses in sector BP-2, the third tender is for 1,985 houses in sectors BP-4 and BP-7, and the fourth tender is for 1,608 houses in sectors BP-6 and BP-9.
