H.H. Prime Minister chairs meeting on Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh redevelopment
His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah chaired a meeting at Bayan Palace on Tuesday to discuss plans for the development and reorganisation of Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh.
The meeting reviewed ways to optimise the use of state-owned land in the area, maximise its potential and ensure that development plans align with Kuwait’s strategic priorities.
The meeting was attended by Minister of Public Works Dr Noura Al-Mashaan; Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Minister of State for Housing Affairs Abdulatif Al-Mashari; Minister of Justice Nasser Al-Sumait; Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Dr Subaih Al-Mukhaizeem; Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment and Acting Minister of Commerce and Industry Abdulaziz Al-Marzouq; Minister of Finance Dr Yaqoub Al-Rifai; Acting Chief of the Prime Minister’s Diwan Sheikh Khaled Al-Khaled Al-Sabah; Fatwa and Legislation Department President Counsellor Salah Al-Majed; and Kuwait Municipality Director-General Engineer Manal Al-Asfour.
