840 traffic violations issued and 15 violators arrested
An extensive security campaign conducted by the Traffic Affairs and Operations Sector, the Public Security Affairs Sector, and the Private Security Affairs Sector in the Mahboula and Fahaheel areas at dawn today, Thursday, resulted in the issuance of 840 traffic violations and the arrest of 15 wanted violators.
In a press release, the Ministry of Interior stated that, in line with the instructions of the Acting Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, H.E. Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, and as part of ongoing security operations across the six governorates, 5 individuals were arrested for violating residency and work laws.
The campaign also led to the arrest of 2 missing persons, 2 wanted individuals with active arrest warrants, 4 persons in an abnormal condition, 1 individual in possession of suspected narcotic substances, and 1 individual with suspected intoxicating substances.
Additionally, 4 vehicles wanted for cases were seized, along with 4 other vehicles for traffic violations.
The Ministry stressed that these campaigns are part of ongoing efforts to enhance security and order across the country.
Importantly, it was highlighted that the Ministry is committed in continuing with its plan to arrest violators and wanted individuals, with the aim of ensuring public security.
