63 regions may experience power disruptions during peak hours
The outages may occur today during peak hours from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and will last between one to two hours, the ministry said.

The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy disclosed the regions where power disruptions may occur on Thursday during peak hours from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. These outages, lasting between one to two hours, will affect portions of 63 regions if necessary.
The ministry explained in a press release on Thursday that the scheduled cut-off time for each region would be announced one hour before through its official social media accounts.
The ministry indicated that the areas affected by today’s power cuts during peak hours in all governorates include, first in the Capital Governorate: Al-Qibla, Khalidiya, Al-Dasma, Al-Daiya, Al-Rawda, Al-Surra, Al-Shamiya, Al-Shuwaikh, Al-Adiliyah, Al-Fayha, Al-Qadisiyah, Al-Mansouriya, Al-Nuzha, Al-Yarmouk, Abdullah Al-Salem suburb, and Cordoba.
In Hawalli Governorate, it includes: Al-Bidaa, Jabriya, Al-Salmiya, Al-Rumaithiyah, Al-Salam, Al-Shaab, Al-Shaab Al-Bahri, Al-Shuhada, Bayan, Hattin, Hawalli, Maidan Hawalli, Salwa, Mushrif, and Mubarak Al-Abdullah.
In Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate, it includes: Sabah Al-Salem, Al-Masila, Al-Adan, and Al-Funaitees.
In Farwaniya Governorate, it includes: Farwaniya, Khaitan, Seville, Rabieh, Al-Rehab, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Al-Omariya, Al-Raqi, Al-Ardiya, Abdullah Al-Mubarak, and West Abdullah Al-Mubarak. The areas where electricity will be cut off in Al-Ahmadi include: Hadiya, Al-Dhahr, Al-Raqqa, Al-Mawqif, Abu Halifa, Fintas, Al-Sabahiya, Mahboula, Fahaheel, Ali Sabah Al-Salem, Jaber Al-Ali, and Sabah Al-Ahmad.
Areas in Jahra Governorate include: Old Jahra, Jahra, South Jahra, Al-Oyoun, and Al-Wahah.
