49th Kuwait relief flight heads to Gaza with 45 tons of food supplies
On Tuesday, the 49th relief plane departed from the Kuwaiti relief air bridge bound for Marka Military Airport in Amman, Jordan. It is carrying 45 tons of food supplies for the brothers in the Gaza Strip.
This initiative is a result of coordination between the Kuwait Relief Society and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, guided by Royal Emiri directives. It is founded on Kuwait’s principled and firm stance towards the Palestinian issue, aiming to support our brothers in Gaza and alleviate their suffering caused by the aggression of the Israeli occupation forces.
The air bridge implementation involves the participation of numerous Kuwaiti official and private entities, under the direct supervision of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defense, Health, Affairs, and Air Force of the Kuwaiti Army. This effort is carried out in collaboration with the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, Kuwait Relief Society, Al-Salam Humanitarian Society, as well as other Kuwaiti charities and humanitarian organizations.
