ZCrew Q8 Zumba Team showcase cardio interval class

ZCrew Q8, a Zumba Team, based in the Chai Al Dhaha Hall of the Radisson Blu every Friday held an hour and half workout featuring floor aerobcis and Zumba routines.

The hour an half workout showcased a 20 minutes warm up of floor aerobics with a perk of low to high impact and simmered down to a static stretch. Series of Zumba routines led by trainers of Z Crew; Nympha Luat, Jamie Red, DJ Thinkebell and featured Vinta Squad Zumba group.
