Young man armed with axe caught red-handed attempting to rob expatriate
The Jahra police have arrested a young man for attempting to rob an Arab expatriate.
According to a security source, police patrols spotted the suspect wielding an axe and attempting to rob during their routine patrol. Seeing the police car approaching in his direction, the suspect attempted to flee, but officers pursued and arrested him, reports Al-Anba daily.
The suspect, along with the weapon, has been referred to the authorities. Police are trying to determine if he was involved in similar criminal activities.
