Women’s prison inspection nets narcotics, weapons, and phones

Continuing their inspection campaigns in correctional institutions, the inspection teams of the Special Security Forces, in collaboration with the Prison Security Administration, conducted a surprise inspection campaign in the women’s prison wards. This led to the seizure of prohibited items such as mobile phones, charger cables, and bladed weapons, as well as suspected narcotic materials from several individuals.

The items seized, along with the hidden inmates, have been reported to the appropriate authorities, and legal action is underway against them.
