Vigilant security men in yet another major liquor police bust
. . . 156 liquor bottles seized from abandoned vehicles in Jleeb and West Abdullah Al-Mubarak

The security authorities carried out a significant operation in their ongoing fight against the illegal alcohol trade, seizing a total of 156 liquor bottles in two separate incidents.
In Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, police patrols impounded an SUV after uncovering 109 bottles of imported liquor concealed inside the vehicle.
In a separate case in West Abdullah Al-Mubarak, officers intercepted a sedan carrying 47 bottles of locally brewed alcohol, according to news reports.

In both incidents, the drivers abandoned their vehicles and escaped on foot after spotting police patrol cars approaching in their direction.
Investigations revealed the identities of the registered owners, and the cases have been referred to the competent authorities for legal action on charges of possessing alcohol with the intent to trade, a serious offense under Kuwaiti law.
Security officials affirmed that intensified patrols and surprise inspection campaigns will continue across residential and commercial areas to combat illegal activities and maintain public safety.
