Vinod and Manikkuttan from Kuwait to participate in Loka Kerala Sabha

The Fifth Loka Kerala Sabha, organized by the Government of Kerala, will be held on January 29, 30 and 31, 2026 at the Kerala Legislative Assembly Complex in Thiruvananthapuram.

The Sabha serves as a vital platform for addressing the concerns of Non-Resident Keralites directly before the Government and for strengthening their participation in the state’s development initiatives.

Over the course of the previous four editions, several NRI-friendly initiatives — such as NORKA CARE and recruitment policy reforms —have been successfully implemented, underscoring the growing relevance of the Loka Kerala Sabha.

The forum enables direct interaction with Ministers, elected representatives, and senior officials, and facilitates the formulation of focused policies aimed at the welfare of the global Malayali community.

In this context, the Kerala Association Kuwait has announced that its Central Committee Members CA. Vinod Valooparambil and Manikkuttan Edakkaatt have been selected as representatives to the Fifth Loka Kerala Sabha.

It is noteworthy that Manikkuttan Edakkaatt was also a member of the Fourth Loka Kerala Sabha.

The Kerala Association Kuwait expressed confidence that both representatives will effectively present the issues and aspirations of the expatriate community and work together as strong voices for Malayali expatriates across the world.
