UPAC secures 17-year contract for Al-Messilah Beach project

Tourism Projects Company (TPC) and United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC) have signed a 17-year contract for the Al-Messilah Beach (B2) project

• Nadia Aqeel, CEO of UPAC, highlighted the project’s potential to boost Kuwait’s tourism sector and expand family entertainment options.

• The project covers a 70,000 square meter area and includes extensive recreational and commercial facilities.

• The project also features water sports, swimming pools, restaurants, cafes, shops, a function hall, chalets, administrative offices, and parking for 350 cars.

Tourism Projects Company has entered into a significant agreement with United Projects for Aviation Services Company (UPAC) for the management and operation of the Al-Messilah Beach (B2) project.

This 17-year contract covers a substantial area of 70,000 square meters.

Sheikh Mohammad Salman Al-Sabah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tourism Projects Company, expressed enthusiasm for the project.

He stated, “The Al-Messilah Beach project, which the company has developed, is an extension of a number of projects that the company is implementing to revive the tourism sector in Kuwait.”

He further emphasized the company’s commitment to developing and enriching the tourism and entertainment landscape in Kuwait.

He highlighted the project’s alignment with the state’s broader economic and tourism goals, aiming to enhance the well-being of citizens through innovative projects.

Additionally, he underscored the importance of delivering exceptional services and creating a unique cultural and tourist experience for all visitors.

Nadia Aqeel, CEO of UPAC, shared her optimism about the project’s potential to contribute to Kuwait’s tourism sector and expand family entertainment options.

She expressed UPAC’s ambition to increase its portfolio in the entertainment and facilities management sectors, and viewed the Messilah Beach project as a platform to offer citizens and residents an enjoyable and safe family-friendly environment.

The contract was officially signed by Abdullah Al-Jafar, Acting CEO of Tourism Projects Company, and Nadia Aqeel, CEO of UPAC, at the Tourism Projects Company headquarters. The event was attended by representatives from both companies.

The Messilah Beach project is designed to offer a wide range of recreational activities and amenities. Visitors can look forward to exciting water sports, various swimming pools, and a vibrant commercial area featuring restaurants, cafes, and shops.

A multi-purpose function hall, chalets, administrative offices, and parking for 350 cars are also included in the project.
