Statement from the British Embassy regarding Kuwait Travel Advice

On Friday 13 June, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated its Travel Advice for Kuwait and a number of other countries in the region.

The update notes that “Ongoing hostilities in the region and between Israel and Iran could escalate quickly and pose security risks for the wider region.” People are advised to monitor local and international media and follow the instructions of local authorities.

There is no warning against travelling to Kuwait.
