Two expatriates face deportation for drinking locally-made booze

Personnel from the Al Waha Police Station have referred two expatriates to the Administrative Deportation Department for consuming locally-manufactured brew.

The Al-Anba daily said, both men are domestic workers, and they were arrested after a Kuwaiti man called the police when he saw both intoxicated men outside his house.

The names of both men will be blacklisted and banned from entering Kuwait again.

The source added the men attempted to flee when they saw the police vehicle driving in their direction, but they were so drunk they were unable even to walk.

The case has been referred to Public Prosecution.
