Traffic Department sets truck ban hours from September 1
The General Traffic Department has announced a ban on truck movement across all roads during specified hours, effective from September 1, 2026 to June 14, 2027, the ban will apply from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
From June 15, 2027, to August 31, 2027, the restriction will apply only from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
