Tourism sector eyes putting Kuwait on world tourism map

The Tourism Sector of the Ministry of Information is hosting the Tourism Communication Conference, scheduled to take place at the Regency Hotel on Tuesday morning, March 5.

The event is being held under the patronage of the Minister of Information and Culture, Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi, reports Al-Jarida daily.

The conference aims to delve into Gulf tourism experiences, strategies for empowering local tourism, and outlining a future vision for its development.

The discussions will focus on ways to bolster Kuwait’s presence on the global tourism map. Additionally, the conference will explore the potential contributions of civil society in supporting the local tourism sector.
