TMA honors Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in grand Seeratun Nabi event

The event, hosted by the Tamil Nadu Muslim Association, was designed to address two themes: “Morality is Freedom” and “The Virtues of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

  • Over 250 people, including women and children, participated in the major event hosted by the Tamil Nadu Muslim Association. The attendees united in their commitment to perform noble deeds in a society where evils often prevail like a storm.

The Tamil Nadu Muslim Association (TMA) held a grand public meeting on Seeratun Nabi on the evening of September 27, focusing on the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

This event was designed to address two themes: “Morality is Freedom” and “The Virtues of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).” As scheduled, the event commenced at 6 PM, following the Maghrib prayer, in the auditorium of Masjid Al Kabeer, Grand Mosque of Kuwait.

The program began with a remarkable explanation of a Quranic verse from Surah Al-A’raf, Chapter 7, Verse 157, by TMA General Secretary Br. Mohamed Faiyaz. Next, brother Niaz Ahmed, who facilitated the event, clearly outlined its purpose and expressed his delight in welcoming the attendees.

Following this, brother Zahir Hussain presented a report on the moral decline and crime statistics, particularly in India. During this time, the prestigious ‘Distinguished Personality Tamil Community Award’ was presented to brother Muhammad Ali, known as Alibhai, a dedicated social worker who has long served the community in Kuwait.

In conclusion, TMA President brother Abdul Wahhab delivered a special address, emphasizing that solutions to such cultural issues can only be found within Islam, using the exemplary life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) as a guiding model.
