Three hospitalized over suspected carbon monoxide poisoning
Kuwait Fire Force renews carbon monoxide warning after Sulaibikhat incident

Emergency medical teams in Sulaibikhat responded to three suspected cases of carbon monoxide poisoning, providing immediate on-site treatment before transferring the individuals to Al-Sabah Hospital for further medical care.
According to a security source, the affected individuals are aged 24, 30, and 35. Their conditions are currently under medical observation, reports Al-Anba daily.
Following these incidents, the fire department source renewed warnings about the serious dangers of using or burning charcoal in enclosed or poorly ventilated areas.
The source stressed that carbon monoxide is a colorless and odorless gas that can cause suffocation, loss of consciousness, and, in severe cases, death.
The Kuwait Fire Force has emphasized the need to ensure proper ventilation, avoid sleeping while charcoal is burning, and install carbon monoxide detectors as essential safety measures to prevent similar incidents and protect lives.
