Three expats face deportation for forging port entry permits

Securitymen at an unidentified port have referred three expatriates, all in their thirties, for investigation on charges of entering and facilitating entry into a prohibited area using a forged permit belonging to another expatriate.

According to a security source, two of the expatriates were apprehended during their attempted entry. It was discovered that one of them possessed a valid permit, while the other presented a permit that did not belong to him, reports Al-Anba daily.

Further investigation revealed the involvement of a third expatriate as their accomplice. Upon questioning by detectives, the defendants confessed to their involvement in the incident under investigation. The first defendant reported receiving a permit from the third defendant with the intention of facilitating the entry of the second defendant into the facility for work purposes. This arrangement was allegedly made through mutual agreement among the three defendants.

Detective investigations confirmed the complicity of the first, second, and third defendants in the incident. The first defendant, who was driving the vehicle, obtained a permit from the third defendant, which actually belonged to an unrelated individual. The legitimate entry permit of this individual was found in the possession of the third accused.
