Three candidates start Municipal Council by-elections on first day

Three candidates participated in the Municipal Council by-elections on Sunday, the first day of nominations.

Abdullah Nayef Al-Mutairi and Matar Mutlaq Al-Rashidi advanced for the sixth district, while Khaled and Sami Al-Azmi represented the ninth district.
