The Walk Mall holds Hello January Bazaar and Exhibition

The Walk Mall in Salmiya held 1st first bazaar and exhibition Friday afternoon from 1 pm till 9 pm. The event was participated by thirty vendors and exhibitors included four embassies in Kuwait. Ooredoo sponsored the event.

The event kicked off with the cutting of the ribbon by officials from the embassies of Bangladesh, Indonesia, Kyrgstan and Philippines. Kuwait’s top Zumba team ZPablik Kuwait and Kuwait Songbird Shaima Abdulhakim perked the event with remarkable performances and plaques of recognition were awarded. Official hosts of the event Mega Love Radio Kuwait with its DJs Vel, RJ and RZ took the stage and commenced the event with series of games and gave out prizes from generous donors Seba Med and Jollibee. Guest performers belted out vocal renditions to the delight of the crowd. Hosts of the event also took advantage of interviewing each vendor which provided added information on their products.

“I take pride on being the only Kuwaiti national who produce Filipino favorite foods, in fact I have just launched new products in addition to what is already in the local supermarkets. I urge them to try the products and enjoy the taste” commented Al Anoud Mutairy, owner of JJ Alanoud Trading Company. In addition, Che Barr, Indonesia’s top homemade food finished its display and sale of products earlier than expected as stocks were sold out.”I’m grateful as in two consecutive bazaars organized by Mr. Laxa, my products have always been sold out and looking forward to more exhibitions” commented Che Bar owner and chef.

Vendors include jewelries, Indian and Pakistani dresses, crochet items, beauty and perfume products, charms and stones, pre loved items, grocery products from Bangladesh, travel agency, employment office, cargo and more. Food items were among the favorite spots by those who attended. Highlight of the event was the most loved Pera o Bayong ( Money of Box) orchestrated by Mega Love Radio Hosts. The event ended at 9 pm. Organizer wishes to thank everyone for their support to the occasion.
