Tamil Nadu Muslim Association hosts special program on Isra wal Mi’raj

The Tamil Nadu Muslim Association (TMA) hosted a memorable Isra wal Mi’raj special program on the evening of February 8th, Thursday, within the serene confines of the Masjid Al Kabir complex.
At 6 pm, the proceedings commenced with Br. Muhammad Azharuddin’s eloquent recitation of the Noble Quran. This was followed by a welcome address delivered by Br. Shahul Hameed, leading into Janab. Sharfuddin Sufi’s keynote speech.
The enchanting performance by the children’s circle of TMA captivated the audience with their rendition of an inspiring Islamic Nasheed. Br. V.S. Muhammad Ameen, the editor of Samarasam Magazine, delivered a thought-provoking account of Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) historic journey of Isra and Mi’raj.
After the Isha prayers, a captivating discussion unfolded on the theme of Reading. Each speaker illuminated different facets of this topic, including the Basics of Reading, Methods of Reading, and the Impacts of Reading. Br. Muhammad Faiyaz, Br. Jameem, and Br. Niaz eloquently shared their insightful perspectives.
A stage play depicting the reality of the Palestinian war was performed by a team, featuring children who skillfully conveyed the emotions involved. Following the enactment, Br. V.S. Muhammad Ameen presented current warfare facts and statistics. The audience actively engaged with the speaker during the question and answer session.
As the event drew to its conclusion, Br. Abdul Wahhab, President of TMA, delivered the closing remarks. The gathering was graced by the presence of over 230 attendees, encompassing men, women, and children.
Br. Mydeen, the convener of the program, orchestrated the event with his signature grandeur and finesse. Outside the venue, diverse arrangements awaited attendees, including the IFT Kuwait book stall, annual subscriptions to Samarasam magazine, and more.
