Supervision is key to protecting children at home: KFF
Parents urged to keep match boxes, appliances, and pools out of children’s reach

The Kuwait Fire Force has urged parents to take extra precautions to protect children from accidents at home, stressing that they are the most vulnerable to domestic dangers.
The Public Relations Department noted that risks increase with the use of electrical appliances, heat sources, and unsupervised activities.
The KFF highlighted essential safety measures for families, including keeping match boxes and lighters out of reach, preventing children from approaching electrical outlets or hot devices, ensuring they are not left alone in swimming pools, and accompanying them in elevators.
The fire force also called on parents to cooperate and follow safety instructions, emphasizing that prevention is a shared responsibility that starts at home.
