Spain Congratulates Kuwait on National and Liberation Days

It is with great joy that the Embassy of Spain joins the celebration of the 65 anniversary of the National Independence of Kuwait and the 35 anniversary of its Liberation, the most significant days in the history of Kuwait.

In this regard, I want to convey personally, and also on behalf of the Government and People of Spain, our warmest congratulations to H.H. the Amir, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al- Jaber Al-Sabah, and to H.H. the Crown Prince, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, as well as a message of friendship to all our Kuwaiti friends.

Let me express in this important festivity our desire and best wishes of prosperity & happiness to the great people of Kuwait, and to convey my personal conviction that many good things and news are to come during the present year in the bilateral relation between the Kingdom of Spain and the State of Kuwait.

We look forward to develop a stronger rapprochement in the historic partnership between both nations, and we will keep working hard to this aim for the benefit of both our societies.
