Social Affairs Minister cancels assignments of all Assistant Undersecretaries

Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs Dr. Amthal Al-Huwailah has issued a decision to cancel the assignments of all assistant undersecretaries at the Ministry of Social Affairs, as part of efforts to implement the ministry’s newly approved organizational structure.

A responsible source at the ministry confirmed the decision excludes Undersecretary Dr. Khaled Al-Ajmi, who will continue in his current role, reports Al-Rai daily.

The source also revealed that Sayed Issa has been appointed as the new Assistant Undersecretary for the Finance, Administration and Cooperatives Sector, in a move expected to support the restructuring process and enhance administrative efficiency.

The decision marks a significant step in the ministry’s strategy to modernize its internal framework and improve operational performance in line with national development goals.
