Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah appointed Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah has signed a decree appointing Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali Al-Sabah as Minister of the Amiri Diwan Affairs as of September.
