Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef calls for stronger rule of law and enhanced firefighting systems
The First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Interior congratulated Major General Dr. Faisal Al-Mekrad and Major General Talal Al-Roumi on earning the confidence of the political leadership, wishing them success in their new roles.
• Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef awarded Major General Dr. Faisal Al-Mekrad in recognition of his recent promotion and decorated Major General Talal Al-Roumi of the Kuwait Fire Force with the rank of Major General.
Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Interior, awarded Major General Dr. Faisal Al-Mekrad, Legal Major General, in honor of his recent promotion and appointment as Director General of the General Department of Investigations at the Ministry of Interior, the Al Jarida newspaper reported.
He also decorated Major General Talal Al-Roumi from the Kuwait Fire Force with the rank of Major General, following a decree promoting him to Deputy Chief of the Kuwait Fire Force.
Sheikh Fahd Al-Yousef congratulated both Al-Mekrad and Al-Roumi on gaining the confidence of the political leadership, wishing them success in their new roles and emphasizing the importance of intensifying efforts to strengthen the rule of law and enhance the firefighting system in a way that serves the interests of the nation and its citizens.
