Sheikh Fahad praises Egyptian envoy’s efforts in boosting bilateral ties

First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef received in his office today the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Kuwait, H.E. Osama Shaltout, who will soon be leaving Kuwait following the end of his tenure.

In a statement, the Ministry of Interior said Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef praised Ambassador Shaltout for his outstanding efforts throughout his service, highlighting his significant contributions to strengthening the deep-rooted fraternal relations between Kuwait and Egypt. He also wished the ambassador success in his future endeavors, reports KUNA.

For his part, Ambassador Shaltout expressed sincere appreciation to the leadership, government, and people of Kuwait for the support and cooperation extended to him during his tenure. He emphasized the historic and solid ties that continue to bind the two brotherly nations.
