Saudi Ambassador Prince Sultan bin Saad named Dean of Diplomatic Corps in Kuwait
The Ambassador of Tajikistan to Kuwait, H.E. Zubaydullo Zubayzoda, announced the appointment of the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Kuwait, Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid Al Saud, as the new Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, succeeding him.
This follows the resignation of the Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps, the Palestinian Ambassador Rami Tahboub, due to personal reasons.
Prince Sultan currently serves as Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Kuwait and is among the senior members of the diplomatic community in the country.
The position of Dean of the Diplomatic Corps carries ceremonial and diplomatic significance, representing the diplomatic community at official events and coordinating on matters concerning foreign missions accredited to Kuwait.
