‘Sahel’ hits milestone with over 4.3 million e-transactions in November
The spokesperson for the Unified Government e-Services application ‘Sahel’, Yousef Kazem, announced that over 4.3 million e-transactions were successfully completed through the platform in the month of November.
Kazem shared with KUNA today, Monday, that the platform saw the addition of seven new e-services in November. He also highlighted that 74,638 new users registered for the application during the same month, downloading it across various smart device systems, benefitting from ‘Sahel’ apps’ various services.
In addition, Kazem further noted that the most requested and completed services through the ‘Sahel’ application in November were the ‘Student Absence Inquiry’ service provided by the Ministry of Education, the ‘Biometric Fingerprint Verification’ service provided by the Ministry of Interior, and the ‘Certificate Inquiry’ service facilitated by the Civil Service Bureau.
Moreover, Kazem emphasized that the ‘Sahel’ application is continuously evolving, with ongoing development of its services and the addition of more electronic notifications in collaboration with various government agencies and institutions.
Kazem stressed the importance of creating an exceptional user experience that enhances the speed and convenience of completing official transactions.
