Romania congratulates Kuwait on the occasion of National & Liberation days
On behalf of the Government and People of Romania, of the Romanian Embassy in Kuwait, and myself, I have the honor to convey to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Amir of the State of Kuwait, His Highness Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah Prince, Prime Minister of Kuwait, to the Government and all Kuwaiti authorities and institutions, and to all the people of the great State of Kuwait my warmest and cordial congratulations, together with our best wishes of health, prosperity, and peace on the occasion of the 63rd anniversary of the National Day and the 33rd anniversary of the Liberation Day of the State of Kuwait.
On this glorious occasion, I would like to reiterate Romania’s commitment to further strengthen the dialogue and cooperation with the State of Kuwait, and our desire to continue to develop and enhance the bilateral dialogue between our countries in all areas. We already marked, last year, the 60th anniversary of the establishment of our diplomatic relations, based on mutual respect and a deep understanding of international values and principles. Both Romania and Kuwait enjoy strong and long-standing ties of friendship and cooperation, being committed to the preservation of international law principles and the promotion of global peace, stability, and solidarity.
I would also like to express my gratitude to the leadership of the State of Kuwait for their constant and continuous support offered to the Romanian Embassy ever since my arrival here, as well as for their friendship shown to the small Romanian community living in this great country.
Once again, on this special occasion, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to all the people of Kuwait for a wonderful celebration! Long live the State of Kuwait! Long live the Romanian and Kuwaiti friendship!
