Speaking at a Ramadan gathering attended by distinguished diplomats, he expressed deep gratitude for the warm hospitality he received during his visits to Kuwaiti diwaniyas, emphasizing that such gestures reflect the nation’s deeply rooted values of brotherhood and solidarity.
The ambassador also highlighted the significance of Nowruz, celebrated annually on March 21, emphasizing that it is more than just a cultural tradition—it is a shared human legacy that embodies the values of tolerance and unity among peoples. He noted that its recognition by the United Nations underscores its status as a holiday of renewal, hope, and peace, bringing together diverse cultures from Tajikistan, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Turkey, and beyond.
30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and Kuwait
The ambassador remarked that the convergence of Ramadan and Nowruz this year, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and Kuwait, marks a significant milestone for reflecting on shared achievements. Over the past three decades, bridges of trust, understanding, and economic and investment partnerships have been built. He reaffirmed his country’s commitment to further strengthening cooperation across various sectors to promote greater stability and prosperity.

As the last ten days of Ramadan approach and Eid al-Fitr nears, the ambassador extended his warmest congratulations and blessings to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti government, and the generous Kuwaiti people, wishing Kuwait continued security and prosperity.
