“Public Authority” launches Silver Stage of ‘Adaa’ for ethical governance
The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training recently announced the completion of the first phase (Bronze Stage) of the “Adaa” project, initiated by the General Authority for Combating Corruption.
The second phase (Silver Stage) of the project has now begun. This initiative aims to promote excellence in governance and professional conduct through a gradual accreditation system that evaluates adherence to the Code of Professional Conduct.
In a press statement, the Authority highlighted that the Code of Professional Conduct is divided into four levels of accreditation: “Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.”
This gradual system not only acknowledges current achievements but also encourages continuous improvement toward achieving the highest standards of professional conduct. It reflects the authorities’ commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.
Moreover, this project is built on four key pillars:
- Establishing the necessary administrative structure to enhance commitment to the Code of Conduct.
- Measuring and monitoring employees’ awareness and behavior.
- Educating and informing members of various entities.
- Offering the essential training programs to enable effective implementation of the Code of Conduct.
The Authority added that this project represents a significant step in its commitment to improving the quality and integrity of the services provided.
By adhering to the project’s standards, the Authority aims to achieve the highest levels of accreditation and highlight its prominent role in ethical governance and public service.
Furthermore, it seeks to enhance public confidence and promote a culture of excellence and integrity at all levels, thereby improving institutional performance and paving the way for a bright professional future.
