Prosecution officially steps in for over 50 disclosure offenders

The Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha) has referred over 50 individuals to the Public Prosecution for failing to submit their financial disclosure statements within the legal deadlines.
This offense is punishable under Law No. 2 of 2016, which established Nazaha, and the provisions governing financial disclosure, as amended by Decree-Law No. 69 of 2025, Al Rai newspaper reported.
