Prominent artist arrested for drug possession, consumption

Personnel from the Directorate-General for Drugs Control have arrested a well-known female artist for possessing and consuming narcotics.

According to informed security sources, the arrest was made after careful monitoring and investigation carried out by narcotics officers, reports Al-Jarida daily.

Upon searching the suspect, authorities discovered quantities of cocaine and marijuana in her possession. The substances were confiscated and documented as part of the evidence in the case. The artist was immediately taken into custody and transferred to the Public Prosecution for further investigation and legal action.
