Prime Minister discusses with Grandi cooperation between Kuwait and UNHCR
His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace on Sunday the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, and his accompanying delegation, on the occasion of his visit to the country.
During the meeting, both sides discussed ways of cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in addition to reviewing efforts to protect and support refugees in various parts of the region and around the world.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Prime Minister’s Office, Abdulaziz Al-Dakhil.
