Plainclothesmen seize drug trafficker in ‘Midnight ambush in Khaitan’
. . . carefully planned raid puts an end to his activities

In a dramatic security operation that highlights the sharp vigilance of Kuwait’s detectives, the Khaitan Criminal Investigation Department brought down a drug dealer who was selling drug addicts, what security officials called a dangerous ‘poisonous cocktail’ of narcotics.
His arrest came after a carefully planned ambush that ended his attempt to slip beneath the radar.
According to a security source, the suspect — an Arab man — was promoting a mix of highly addictive substances, including crystal meth, synthetic cannabinoids, and hashish.
Convinced he was operating beyond the reach of surveillance, he moved confidently through the area, unaware that investigators had already put him under surveillance, reports Al-Anba daily.
Plainclothesmen monitored his movement for days through discreet surveillance and covert tracking. The moment they had the evidence they were looking for; a precision-executed ambush was launched.
He was caught red-handed, carrying multiple types of drugs, a sensitive digital scale used for weighing doses, and bundles of cash believed to be earnings from his illicit trade.
The security source emphasized that this arrest is part of an ongoing nationwide crackdown on drug traffickers, aimed at dismantling supply networks and shielding young people from the growing dangers of narcotics.
Security teams, he added, continue to intensify their operations, targeting drug dens and shutting down traffickers before their products can seep deeper into society.
