PIFSS reschedules visiting hours, to receive visitors from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm

The Public Institute for Social Insurance has announced updated service hours for receiving visitors, setting the schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Telephone inquiries will be handled via the unified hotline (114) from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
In a statement issued on Saturday, the authority emphasized that all transactions and certificates can be completed electronically through its official website, the “Thakher” application, and the unified government services platform “Sahel.”
The move forms part of ongoing efforts to enhance digital transformation and streamline services, reducing the need for in-person visits while improving accessibility for beneficiaries.
