Phoenix Riders triumph in thrilling KCC T20 Falcons 2nd Edition

The KCC T20 Falcons Champions Silver Trophy – 2nd Edition, powered by Al Muzaini Exchange, concluded in spectacular fashion, with Phoenix Riders crowned champions after a stellar performance in the final. The tournament once again highlighted competitive cricket and emerging talent across the participating teams.

Al Hajeri XI finished as worthy runners-up, following a strong and consistent campaign throughout the competition. The final was a nail-biting contest, showcasing remarkable individual displays that kept fans on the edge of their seats.

The presentation ceremony was attended by distinguished dignitaries, including Robert D’Souza, Head of Operations, KCC; Guru Prasad, Head of Operations, Al Muzaini Exchange; Vipin Matthew, Business Development Manager, Al Muzaini Exchange; and Tahir Khan, Venue Manager and Juniors Head Coach, KCC, who felicitated the winners and award recipients.

Outstanding individual performances were recognized with special awards. Nadeem Zahid of Fakhr-e-Kashmir was named Best Batsman after amassing 293 runs, while Shahid Shamim, also from Fakhr-e-Kashmir, dominated with the ball, claiming Best Bowler with 14 wickets and Best All-Rounder for his impressive haul of 187 runs and 14 wickets.

In the final, Rabinsha Abdul Salam delivered a match-winning spell, earning Player of the Match honors with figures of 4 wickets for 19 runs in 4 overs.

The tournament concluded on a high note, reinforcing KCC’s commitment to promoting quality cricket and nurturing emerging talent in the region.
