‘PBFPK’ celebrate collaborative success at 2nd annual gala dinner

The Pakistan Banking and Finance Professionals in Kuwait (PBFPK) held their 2nd Annual Dinner at Grand Majestic Hotel on November 08, 2024.

This year’s event was significant as it marked the 10th anniversary of the formation of PBFPK. The Community Welfare Attaché of the Embassy of Pakistan, Mr. Hamza Tauqir, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.

On this occasion were present heads of several Pakistani Associations along with members of PBFPK, young professionals and ladies as well.

The program began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Mr. Hafiz Salah Ahmed recited verses from Holy Quran. This was followed by welcome address by the President of PBFPK, Mr. Tariq Mirza.

On the other hand, a presentation on 10 years of successful Journey was presented by the Founder and Ex-President, Mr. Saqib Aftab.

Furthermore, continuing with its tradition of professional development, PBFPK organized an informative session titled ‘How to Manage Personal Finance’. It was presented by Mr. Masood-ul-Hassan Khalid, CFO of the Commercial Bank of Kuwait.

The session offered valuable insights on personal finance management, including essential principles and ‘golden rules’ for achieving optimal financial outcomes.

A presentation was held to honor PBFPK members who had contributed significantly by delivering various trainings throughout the year.

Mementos were presented to Dr. Jamshed Ashraf, Mr. Masroor Ahmed Siddiqui, Mr. Naeem Mirza, Mr. Shahzad Zaman Khan, and Mr. Masood-ul-Hassan Khalid in recognition for their dedication in advancing the professional development of the community.

A special memento was presented to Mr. Umair Jameel for his dedication and continuous support to PBFPK events.

The President Mr. Tariq Mirza offered Dua and this was followed by Dinner.
